Intuitive Body Work

As a Certified Massage Technician, I have over 500 hours of training in various modalities with more than 25 years of experience in private practice.

The relaxing, therapeutic, healing, Intuitive Body Work is an eclectic mix of training, which includes:

A Swedish style oil-based massage:

As I have journeyed over the last 25 years, witnessing the way my bodywork practice has evolved, based on my own learning, I am excited to offer an experience of mind, body, spirit healing.

My recent trainings have lead me into offering Shamanic Healing work, which can be a beautiful integration on a healing journey and I also offer Transformational Guidance.

I encourage you to make the most of each session by bringing focus and breath into each moment, asking for what you need is both empowering and freeing. Breathing and moving together we co-create a meditative, healing space and journey.

This is a session where we connect for guided visualization and grounding followed by "long distance, energy healing".
